Any ideal of this Titanium Stem?

Is it actually ti? Welds don't look particularly ti-esque to me, and the metal thickness looks bigger than any ti stem I've owned. Some stems were plated and looked like ti but weren't.

I could be wrong of course.

I thing it's Ti, tipical marks when touched with fingers and does not lose tone when sanding.
But not 100% sure.
