Hi to everyone, over weekend I won an auction for an Orange Elite, on checking for spec I done a Google search and came to this site ! On finding site I saw post for my frame being sold by Cycletothesea who got from another forum member Brocklander so it seems this is a Retrobikes frame which goes around a bit !
Well I will firstly getting it built to begin with using a donor bike which is a Scott Vail which after using this site I can pin it down to a 1997 model then try and get in back to original spec or period to 1992
Now if anyone is still awake I live just outside Lowestoft in Suffolk and use to firstly be a mechanic then manager in the early to mid 90's in a local shop, since closed now a florist ! So maybe some folks know me, also to me retro bikes is like normal bikes I use to work on, although still a bit rusty.
I will start a build thread up soon.
