Some measurements:

Hei Hei:

Top Tube Effective: 22.5"
Top Tube Actual: 21.5"

Seat Tube C to C: 14.5"
Seat Tube C to T: 17.5"
Head Tube: 110mm

Syncros Ti Post: 27.0mm and 330mm long from centre of clamp to bottom of post.

Pace RC31 C-Type Forks - from crown race to top of axle is 440mm to bottom of axle is 460mm, not sure which is the correct one.

Thomson Post: 30.9mm x 367mm.
