What do you think is the right price for these wheels?

I would say £1200-£1400 tops

No knowledge on these but they seem to go for this I think.

I would agree with you . Paid £650 for my Downhills but that was about 4 years ago and the Hubs were just later XT so really just bought for the rims.

HED downhills are £3000 to £4500 for a pair.
Cross country HED's £1500 to £2000
HED composite wheels from the Proflex £1000 to £1500
A couple of years ago you could get HED's for £500 to a £1000 but they have just gone crazy lately. I saw some hed downhills sell for £3k then a month later the buyer listed them for £3.5k and sold them.
