Are they real HEDs? If so, what a pointless design......spokes that go through all the way to a standard rim so essentially the carbon section is there to give very minimal strength/aero gains at a weight gain and high cost!! ....and people pay how much for them??? They do look cool though so I suppose that does mean something.

I had a set of Heds , broke a spoke and it was not attached to the rim. It only went to the carbon. They do sound so good when rolling.
