We discussed this rule option muchly - easy answer is theres no easy answer.
We can't make anyone sell/not sell to anyone. Rules we have now are about as much we can do and enforce without a full time mod on duty and a stack of whinge mails cos bob now doesn't want to sell ernie that wodit that he promised me etc..

End of the day, its sellers choice. Always will be, so best to leave it with that. If you really want something, take the risk and pay, or take the risk of losing and wait for photos.

And of course the flip-side is people who request photo's (which to me is an interest to buy) , get them, then seem to not bother with an update as to whether they want them or not. Bit rude in my book. Guess the old adage is the only rule that will work....money talks
