headsets and suspension

hi, i have a 94 kona with a threaded headset but want to put suspension folks on that are none threaded, is it just a case of changing the headset for a ahead one or is it more compilcated.

You just have to change the headset - no problem

you will of course need a new stem as well.

if you can find some rock shox judys, i;ve got some brand new 1 1/8 threaded rockshox steerer/crowns that will enable you to keep your current stem & headset & fit suspension forks. just slot the lowers into the fork crown

i'll be selling some white bros forks 1 1/8 ahead fairly cheap on the wkend (wont get chance for pics till then!) if you deffo wanna go the new front end route

i'd be interested in seeing the forks as haven't found any as yet.
i am fitting them to my 94 kona so need to get the right pair so i don't affect the geometry i think any thing above 65mm travel is out..
