Boz Dirt Disciple Jun 23, 2007 #1 I'm trying to replace the original impact headset on my Kona but I can't get the cups out. How can I manage this? I have tried knocking them out using some old handle bars and a hammer (this seems to work with newer headsets). Any ideas will be appreciated.
