Wanted Headset, bars, stem and post

After some bits to finish a build for a friend.

Colour needs to be black

Budget..... Cheap and cheerful!

- Headset - 1 1/8th threadless, external cups
Hope, fsa, cane creek etc

- Flat bar - 560-600mm, 25.4 or 31.8 (will get stem to match
Something like Ritchey, Easton

- Stem - to match above

- Post
Funny size 29.6! So tempted to run a 27.2 and shim it

Anyone have something suitable?

I could do most of that aside from post as that is an unusual size, though I'll check my stash as may have forgotten things I have that might work. Have plenty of 27.2 I think. Can certainly do cheap and cheerful, but decent.
