Head Tube Damage?

Considering a distant purchase, and one niggling thought about this area. Possible just some paint lifting. I'll ask for a better photo.

Most likely a small bit of corrosion, due to the headset insertion breaking the paint. Light rub down and touch up with some paint.

yes, unlikely to be the metal like that, just the paint. headtubes are more likely to crack than bulge

ask for pics of the inside of the tube too
