Hazel's Backfire Attitude???

This was a response I got on the history of the Attitude in question;

"Hello,

Frame and forks is original paint stem has had the odd touch up but that's about it the frame is straight with no dents or cracks but has blemishes associated with a bike of this age but I never wished to repaint as I like the natural patina and history of my bikes and to not spoil by reprinting.

Many thanks"

Sooooooo these are being printed in Manchester. The plot thickens or is it the ink or paint. I am confused.

A neg feedback now for some cranks....

Should one of us hit the 'report this item' button or would that just spoil the fun?? Not entirely sure what we could report it for, not existing in real life perhaps? :?

Did these arrive JinJrich?

Hi, yes they arrived...

With a left hand pedal forced into the drive side crank. The thread was destroyed and the crank un useable.

Now, i was pretty angry, but to be fair he did give me a refund, but i'd advise against buying from him. I've sourced some more M900 cranks since from a member on here, so alls well that ends well

as seen here viewtopic.php?f=4&t=287735&start=20

that may explain the negative ;)

Don't chuck the crank as it can be heli-coiled by any decent engineering firm and you have a good working crank. It is a perfectly sound and safe way of repairing.

Thanks

Yeah I'm aware of this, but I've taken the refund I got from the ebayer and bought some more. It probably would have cost about the same. The knackered crank is now chucked somewhere in the garage (which means they may never be seen again!)

I have done. A couple of times. Each time it's relisted to be precise :)

Relisted, 1 grand and a snotty message about wanting to take a look at it. If the alarm bells weren't ringing before...
