The bit on the end of the 8mm Allen key should be the other way round and it's for driving square-drive sockets. I have one and it also fits my cassette and bb tools

Looks like a dongle sprocket nadger to me, used for fine tuning turbo encabulators.

DRB 2 confirms it to be a sigmoid moxy extrapolater i guess i should have known :facepalm:
