Has anyone ever used T-Cut Color Fast?

Yes, its basically just t cut that's coloured. I have various shades for various old cars. It does seem to blend out swirls better than just plain white polish. But the cut is no better than standard stuff.

Haven't used it on a bike but I have a black car with some stone chips here and there on the front and it hides the chips up very well.

I'm going to give the T-cut color fast a try.
I have already touched up the larger chips with touch up paint I color mixed myself.
I will try it out on a small section on the underneath side of the downtube first.
