Hi the frame was made for me by Harry in Tenby in the late 1980s, it's Campag record throughout, 8 speed. Brakes are Campag delta CDA.
Scratch on top tube, I can send more pics if required

I'll be selling my late 70's Harry Quinn soon... but it's 20 inches
