Frame & forks are from 1990. Repainted at Argos Cycles in Bristol @ 2015 in brilliant blue metallic. New genuine decals were used.

Frame number is: Q 4323.

Seat tube is 53cm. Top tube is 53cm. Head tube is 10 cm. Standover height is 80cm.

Pantographed fork crowns. Detailed embossed heart shaped lugs with ivory white outlining and insets.

Reynolds 531 Professional.

Mavic Open Pro dark grey anodised 700c 36h rims. Silver Hope hubs.

9 speed set up.

Shimano 105 down tube shifters.

Stronglight Impact double chainset.

Shimano 105 headset and BB.

Shimano 105 front & rear derailleurs and brake levers.

Panaracer Pasela Tour Guard tyres.

Long mudguards.

I think 531 pro was discontinued much earlier, although it's possible the shop still had stocks and some of the features are very 1980ish

I've also had a HQ guy from the FB forum contact me and based on his frame number, he's saying 1988. I'll go with his thoughts me thinks.

It's a really lovely frame.

Makes me see the stark difference between a genuine Quinn frame and the branded ones that were sold much later.

I was tempted to sell the frameset separately as the group set and wheelset have been modified over the years but I thought I'd give it a go as is first.
