Yep, looks like a Hary Quinn "Q" ........

There are loads of places you can have it repaired and refinished but perhaps I'd think about Woodrup in Leeds and ask if Kevin Sayles can cast his eye on it and offer advice.

Judging by the frame number in your pictures (Q4763) I would say it's 1979.

I am the happy owner of Q4786 that has the same "Harry Quinn" stamped in the fork crown.
