Dirt Disciple
Hello Folks,

I decide with a pain in my heart to sell this Unique Frame made by one of the best French Artisan, Kris le rouge, and his company JULIE RACING DESIGN

the project took 2 years to develop and finally achieved in 2012.

The goal was to make an unique Softail design with the best of steel and with an integrated carbon seatpost

The reason i sell the bike is.....i finally fell in love with the FAT BIKE and can't go back to skinny tires

Here are all the SPECS XC MARATHON SOFTAIL 29er

Frame : front triangle Reynolds 853 chainstays aeronautic 25cd4s seatstays 15cdv6 integrated carbon seatpost made in Europe weight : 2700 grs with shock
Stubby : Tune (can be raised 16 mm more)
headset : classic 1;1/8 headset Hope
Bottom bracket : BSA english 73mm
Shock : cane creek AD5 softail 1 inch of travel
Fork : made for a Fox fork 100 mm 29er
internal housing for derailleurs
Color : RAL 7035 light grey
Frame was treated for no rust inside ( as you can see inside the BB, no rust after 2 years)
Never Crashed with the frame
Chainstays are Flat in the middle for softail function

frame integrity is 100%
Rider maximum weight : 170 pounds 75 kilos

with integrated carbon seatpost be sure it will fit you.
Geometry is finally standard even if it a custom made frame
i am 5"11 178cm
to be sure it fits you, measure the lenght from the center of BB to the top of the saddle ,for me 713 mm (possible to raise stubby 16mm more)
Saddle was Fizik nisene and a maxxis aspen 2.10 tire and a 90mm stem
Frame was used gently in Da French wood, no big rocks or jump, it is a pure XC marathon bike
Feeling about the bike, really flexible, laterally and vertically, don't be surprised, the energy is transfered from this flex, it is a long confortable ride, not an ultra stiff bike. doesn't bother me as i like flex from steel bikes.

PRICE : 1200£ for Frame/shock+stubby+ headset

Ship anywhere in europe for 50£ insured

Re:

Thanks foor your advice, however I don't eat meat at all. And little cheese also. Biscuits are my down fall.
Still a good climber despite this, to my riding friends annoyance usually

Got any pics for us yet?
