The Campagnolo parts are all sought after and there is a good second hand market. Have a look at the main acution site for a price guide,then take into account if you sell via a forum you will not pay any fees .
As said the frame is something special .

If you do sell your fathers frame remember quote the size . Do this by measuring from the top of the seat tube to the centre of the bottom bracket.
