I hope you never bought this frame for £100 if you did and off eBay then you maybe able to get something back from the seller as their description is not correct.
I guess the serial number for this frame is under the b/b?

Right just been outside to get the no's inside of the drop out it says h5c06150 and 7005. anyone willing to take a guess?

I think the h5c mean which taiwanise company made this model think gt used 2/3 for the mid to lower range bikes.
The 7005 is the grade of aluminium.
If a Zaskar then it would say 6061.

If you can discount a Backwoods as it has the wrong hanger then that says to me that you know a bit about GT's. Are you sure you thought that you had a genuine Zaskar?
