So I scrubbed the cassette and the rims and used a little fine grade wet and dry to remove some more stubborn dirt/grime. Have come up nicely.

Swapped out the crappy bolt that was fitted previously to the seat post for some reason for a nice titanium bolt.

So over the weekend I addressed the Mag 21’s. They have held air since I pumped them up 4 months ago so hopefully they are good to go. I decided to paint them however and on stripping them down a few weeks back I found that the brace was cracked.

Jumped onto ebay and got a nice condition replacement brace in the original gold paint.

Decided to repaint the forks with Hammerite smooth gold, replace the decals and fit some new stainless bolts to replace the old rusty ones. Also swapped the steerer as I needed more thread.
