Hey everyone.

Thought I'd give this bike building thing a go.

Didn't like the red detailing on the frame.

Decided to remove it.

The end result looks much cleaner.

Has anyone had an XCR frame snap near the seat ?

heard a rumor...

Yes at the bottom of the seat tube near bb. Commom problem. The other place for them to snap was at the base of the seat tower.
The uSA made ones are better for it (<3000/3.0) but not immune.

I'm currently finishing off my xcr2000, I'll put some pictures up tomorrow. I like the removed red decals.

Does anyone know the seat post dia. for the 1000?

This was all I could find:

... Seat diameter is 27.2mm ...

The thing is the fork tube (28.6mm) fits in there and it's too narrow.

Any help would be appreciated.
