GT Team Scream

Im currently doing a 97 Zaskar rebuild (SS) and i wanted to paint it "differently".
Ive thought about polished, but then you have to keep polishing it all the time & ive thought about classic white. . . but then i thought, how about "team scream" colours of yellow & sky blue.
Any comments?

Does anyone have any pictures of a yellow/blue GT?

I'd recommend against it...much easier to keep a ball burnished mountain bike (that's going to be ridden like a mountain bike) looking decent than it is to try and baby a paint job the rest of the bikes riding history. This spoken by someone who has ridden and owned both the past 20 years. Your baby though.

It is very difficult but not impossible. Mine is still sat waiting for the flourescent yellow. It really is difficult finding a good match...

Will finish one day though...

If I was going to do something different with a Zaskar, I'd probably stick with the classic polished look and play with the components... ala -

It may be boring, but ive decided to go for classic plain white with blue decals with yellow & red border.

Blue & yellow Backwoods.

As per ringo also having trouble matching paint for this one. Just about
to build up into a roadie project.

Also there's the obvious blue & yellow Zaskar of about 1999
