LTS Thermoplastics are certainly a bit more of a rarity.

The first gt thermos were not sts's... There were released as an LTS, after GT had several cracked head tubs to deal with they took it back to plan and released the sts......

I know this because I had the first thermo lts to land in Aus in circa 96, then returned it with a cracked head tube ;-)

Head tube sticker suggests sts, down tube is to small to see but may suggest lts...... If he can post a close up pic of the drive side it may help....
