Actually i have already 2 GTs LTS 2000 and 1000 models, last one i build For my girlfriend. Then i found on ebay this thermoplastic STS 1500DS, but in excelent condition, what was most important, that old plastic bushings have been replaced for new BETD sealed bearings. So no squeeking and need no attention like old ones. I was building this beauty almost one year, one part is more exclusive like other

Only problem it still seems to be is squeeking and little noises coming from place where RockShox trunion is attached to the frame through little plastic chips. Especially when is hot and dry weather.. I need to use vaseline before each ride. As well these plastic chips are very rare to find these days, and they will need to be replaced, specially on my girls LTS bike.
Is here Somebody who know how to fix this problem ?
Or who now where to get these chips ?
