I do have a vintage 1995/96 GT TEAM LTS frameset (in NOS condition) I might consider selling.
Does anybody know where to get a derailleur hanger for the dropout?
(I've had one, but can't find it anymore).

Have you ridden it yet? After completing my RTS build a while ago, I was a bit disappointed with the flex of the rear triangle (mine is alu), resulting in the (Magura) brakes touching the rims when accelerating. Wonder if you've experienced something similar. Although I can understand if you're not going to ride this beauty
