GT RTS-3 bearing sizes

Hey, Can anyone tell me what size of bearings I need for my RTS-3 frame and shock linkage and also where to buy them? thanks

Try BETD if you want bearings. They might be able to help you out. That's where I'm getting the roller bearing kit for my LTS from

The four bearings in the 'peanut' linkage are type 608. These are a standard metric size (8 x 22 x 7 mm), and are also commonly found in things like roller blades wheels. Take care to drive the old ones outwards, as there is a step cast into the peanut to locate the inner surface of the race.

RTS-3 Bearings

Sorry for being thick but what are we calling the peanut and who are BETD?

the peanut is the linkage bar that anchors the shock to the bottom bracket pivot, betd are a company who do replacement parts for some bikes, but you could also look on ebay for similar bearings, as betd charged me 15 quid for for bearings, and ebay are a lot cheaper (cant vouch for quality tho)

I buy bearings at work so I'll wait until their shot and send them off. I thought that part was what was meant, just checking.
