Faded but straight and undamaged, comes with top cap

1 1/8", 135mm reach, approx 10deg rise

Straight forks, believed to be Kona P2, scruffy & threaded section of steerer has been butchered.

134mm steerer (to lowest point of cut) 22mm thread (to lowest point of cut).

Could easily be squared off and threaded deeper to fit a smaller frame.

Marked as Spinner JI on the dropouts and code 143F3661 stamped on the steerer.
