Have I measured the wheels correctly? Is it the inside where the spokes meet the rim, I suspect not...

They'll be 26" wheels, if you look on the tyres it will have something like 26 x 1.8 or 26 x 2.1 etc. on them. If you have no takers at £180 on here i'd stick it on eBay with a starting price of £200 as it looks tidy and clean its just a bit low spec for most bods on here. Good luck.

Hi swannymere, you are right they are 26" and it is good and clean, it has had very little use in it's life.

Do you really think £200 for a starting price on ebay? I didn't think it would fetch quite that much
