GT I drive XCR frame custom

for sale is my 2000 iDrive XCR 3.0, medium(18in bb to seat post )ridden n loved this frame for a long time, until it retired to garage a year + ago due to my Rocky Mtn.
It has had the front end lightly dipped n stripped, then has been machine and hand polished, leaving it polished as per an alloy zaskar!
the rear end is the 1.0 machined version,has disc and v brake mounts, and is silver paint alloy. front polishes up lovely with peaks or similar, rear has usual under scratches, bit of chain, general wear and tear top n bottom.
The shock is the original rock shox deluxe,the spring was re coated in shock paint black professionally from its original red. it is currently frozen, generally due to overtightening, may unwind with pressure.I think it could be serviced, fixed, Still rides gd, without lots of give obviously! I have reflected the shock fix in the price I think.
Also comes with the original GT 6061 seatpost, GT seat clamp.
Looking for £75 + post (estimate £15 p/force, cheapest/safest)

isnt that a 3.0? or a later model? and a better model as it has the machined rear end? and the seat column looks different to the older xcr 3000. bargain!

U are correct..is newer model you speak of! 3.0 frame,1.0 machined rear end, had 3 of them! lost the plot, bad wk and all that....
older xcr3000 before.

ah i see! mine is a mashup currently! can i ask what colour it was before as i havent seen an all chrome/raw one?! again your price is spot on i reckon

how did you strip the paint and chrome/polish it?

was professionally light acid dipped n stripped in a big tank! then hung, cleaned, then machine polished, then hand polished, buffed!!! like a burnished zaskar, very clean polished 6061 raw..
fantastic machine/metal finish shop.
I only like black or polished bikes!
