GT Flip-Flop Stem, 130mm long, Black, 1 1/8 quilled, came from my zaskar of that era. Good condition bus missing one of the allen key bolts for the bars (easy replacement), £7 plus a couple for postage?

Thank you for the pics! This stem is the 1991 version. I was looking for the 1992. So I will pass, I am afraid, unless this is the fillet brazed version (so no visible welds but smooth transition) for the Cyclone?
