1989 Grove Hard Core in a somewhat unusual configuration required to achieve a 16" frame size. This is a rather early hard Core #62 as best as I can tell from the serial number. It features Suntour track dropouts, mounts for a portage strap which is unfrotunately missing, a Hard Core fork and a Hot Head bar/stem.
The frameset was recently repainted by DarkMatter Finishing in a replica of Neon Solar System, while some of the old paints and crackle effect mixtures are no longer available Ollie did a stunning job and the frame looks amazing. All it needs is some nice XT and you've got a killer and rare Grove Innovations bike in a rare size!
