Grisley (Glacier, Look, Peugeot, Reflex) cable housing lengths

Hi,

Could someone with the still original cable housings on his/her Grisley MTB (or someone having replaced them, cut to the original lengths) tell me what the cable housing lengths are, please? As it's internal routing, I'm reluctant to play the try/error game . Ideally, someone with a 48cm frame.
