Well after 18 months of looking I think I have sourced some Grip shifts, currently attached to a complete mostly original bike from 1991, sometimes you've just gotta do what you've gotta do! :facepalm:

You're probably not going to be massively happy about this - but I finally got around to stripping down the bike that I have with the original 1st gen Gripshift units on - just yesterday afternoon.

Hadn't got around to cleaning them up yet, or putting them back in their box, but they're going to be available in about 24 hours!
