Good grief Rich!!! Did you have those when we were in Blazing Saddles?! Thankfully I can't remember you wearing them    I had to get Kay a chair when I showed her the pic, she was quite taken aback
Hello 'Nedly'
Well she always was one for a 'fluster', even all those years ago
How many must it be since 'those days'?? 15 years, at least?
Nick G is still around, but having some 'health problems' at the moment
(he spoke to Simon J a while ago apparantly, & he's okay)

Oh, welcome to the forum by the way. What's taken you so long? I told you about this ages ago!
I know, I just forgot about it for a long time

Bibb's on here somewhere too
We'll have to start a Wakey group
Yes, I saw Darren Bibb at the Cyclo-Cross (@ Kippax) on Wednesday 1st.
What Cyclo-Cross in summer?!?!?
Yes. the 'YCCA' run a league (click on 'me' in my signature block)
This was at Linthwaite (Huddersfield) on Wed 3rd June
Mindst you, I was down at Oxspring (east of Penistone) last night, running a 'Trunce'
A cross-country!, that included crossing (wading) the River Don three times!!!
It was my first attempt at it, but loved it, & will be back for the next round (work dependant)
I finished in
37.04 &
51st/81, I need a better start at the next one, as it's just like a cross, everybody bunches up at the first bottle-neck (a gate in this case) & the first 30 or so are away!
Need to buy some fell-running shoes though, road-running shoes are just not grippy enough
So, there'll be a trip to 'Up & Running' shortly

Catch you soon Ned!
