Why are they here?

What do they know that I dont??

They were invented by the cultivated rose industry to chow on our nice potted roses. They seem to ignore the wild rose in the hedge in our garden. The missus hates them and kills every one she sees. I consider them part of life's rich pattern and food for ladybirds so let them be. We have balance, man!

I prefer the chemical approach

Basicly because i dont know of a shop that sells ladybirds :?
