Great Yorkshire Bike Ride - Wetherby-Filey this Sat

I did it in 4'19" with my 67 year old father-in-law

Thats pretty damn impressive! We did it in about 6.5hrs, stopped for about 45min at lunch, couple of smoke stops - 5hrs actual riding i reckon - not bad for no training tho!

Also forgot to mention was good to meet another RB member - Porkypaw - recognised my bike as i crossed the line & came to say hi... sorry if i wasn't too chatty fella, was a tad shocked i'd actually finished it!

That Diablo is v.nice. Lovely day for it.

It looks almost good enough to be an 'honorary' road bike, lovely machine.

Congrats on finishing the ride all of you, especially on MTB's etc. I'd have been struggling on my modern Bianchi.
