Evri keep telling me I've cancelled a collection, I'm not there , or they can't find the property atm, but it's hard to find an alternative taking (slightly) larger items like wheels and frames

I always deliver to drop off to be fair. With eBay never had an issue. Happy days

Trouble is if you've sold a rim for £15... it's just too big for rm , but evri it's still b about a fiver

Buyer can pay £12 for PF or not buy it is my view. I’d never use Evri as it’s simply not worth the grief

I’d also add that I won’t buy if Evri are the only delivery option as it never arrives as it should.

It’s crazy just how much Evris opinions vary. I get more issues from Amazon that Evri

I've had parcels refused by drop off shops because they are too large, although within the parcel size for evri.

It all depends on your local guy's quality.
At home, the evri guy Jason is a top dude and takes care of collection and deliveries - been at it at least 10 years.
In the city its often some random guy with a poor grasp of geography, obligation and manners .

My Evri driver who delivers to me likes to put items inside the bin …… on bin day.

4 pairs of Reissue smoke/darts went to this fate. 3rd pair were left under a tree with no note so I didn’t find them until about 2 months later. Luckily Panaracer sent the 4th set RM.


I can’t have an Amazon buying account so can’t comment. But from a selling point of view they are a nightmare.

Yeah had that too. Within limits but argues that with the shop and they took it.
It’s rhe non usual delivery guys that generally don’t give a fck. Usual guys are pretty good
Depends how helpful people are feeling at the time I suppose

He did it twice with the tyres. As it took a week for another pair to come and they landed on the following bin day and he did the same.

Our Evri driver is good and friendly apart from his snappy driving, been the same one for years.
He asked me the other week for some advice on his car, the old oil issue where light came on so he bought a 5 litre bottle and poured it in but still couldn't see it at the top and the light was still on. Luckily for my new driveway it must have frothed out somewhere else.

We've had Laura, the same Evri driver for 10 years plus, she's brilliant. Last year another one appeared. He went AWOL for a couple of hours whilst out on delivery then I received a very neatly resealed empty box instead of a Chris King headset. It was all sorted with insurance moneywise but that didn't get me my nice blue headset. Funnily enough he's not been seen again since and we're back to the lovely Laura.
