I bought this locally for the parts, It's way too big for me so I'll offer it here before going to the 'bay.

The paint work looks reasonable from a few steps away, but to be honest the quality of the tubeset really deserves a trip to the finishers.

Horizontal dropouts, so would make a really nice fixed project.

Frame, fork, post and saddle for £38 collected, or £48 to most UK addresses.
Will send to EU at cost, but don't expect it to be cheap!
