Grafton Speed Controllers lip seals help needed

Hi everybody;
I just purchased a complete set (front and rear) of near mint Grafton Speed Contoller Cantilever brakes for my retro build.
The brakes are in very good condition with only minor blemishes and scratches.
The set is „almost“ complete.
One or two O rings are missing or have become too wide… the micro shims for the brake bolts are missing. This should be no problem: The micro shims are available in Model RC car shops and the O rings should be available in hardware stores.
What really bothers me is that possibly one or two LIP SEALS might be missing (brakes are shipped right now) and this is a hard to replace part…
So my question goes to all you guys with experience with these brakes… does anybody know where to get such small replacement parts or did somebody produce these little things in order to restore their own brakes? Maybe someone has just some of these seals, O rings and shims left over from a broken set of Graftons?
Maybe someone here is specialized in these brakes…

You do know John Grafton is still making these brakes ?. He would be my first port of call for any spares.
