First thing would shorten that outer rear brake cable

I picked this up today needs a bit of work but bones are solid and with a cheap set of wheels and some messing with the cables it rides smooth.
Bars need changing wheels need sorting new set of shifters and a new set of cables and sleeves.
Have to admit I’m excited to get it dialled in.
