Google image search

How does it choose which image to show? If you use a different search like firefox or Safari will you get different results?

Pretty sure its all to do with the image tags that are specified when an image is uploaded to a webpage. At my office, we have to fill out document properties for the purposes of site search results when they are uploaded, fairly certain Google images works on a similar principal with images.

Happy to be corrected though!

When i search Trimble non of my pictures show up but others from this site do.
Even one of me on flicker. Which was taken with out me knowing on Waterloo station.

Of course you would never take a picture of some one with out asking !

It is a good pic, at least there is that.

I don't ask if folks mind me taking their picture, unless I want them to pose. If I am not publishing it in any other manner than personally I don't see the issue. People seem to have seen too many 'celebs' complaining if you ask me.

If you want privacy stay out of public spaces.

What is more worrying is the photographer's love of Bromptons!
