That's a replacement spring for forks, I think Nick's after the little rubber bumpers for a stem - any particular colour? Not sure which is which...

Use longboard truck bushings, same hole size and available in all durometers. A brand like Venom or Sabre will do fine. Available in barrel or conical.

They are for the Flex Stem and any colour will do, trying to ensure I get more years of use out of the stem due to having a buyer for my original Marin Team stem.
I will take a look at the longboard truck bushings, sounds ideal alternative.
