Yeah they're gone.

I trawled eBay for ages before I realised I had this tucked away! Yes, there's not much in the way of cheap shocks around out there but they do exist! I got a SID for my lads bike for £25 - just needed a bit of a service.

hi again, missed out on a smart shock on e bay, went for £50, would have slotted in mine fine, oh well not to worry .

I did a mod to use a actuator as a air shock.

Mmmm, I like that. I have a few actuators in work - bit too big for that use but when the rep comes in next I'll be after a few samples of small ones, and then a few happy nights at the lathe

You could always get the Noleen shock unit serviced/overhauled, I find the Noleen NR2 shock on my Crosslinks works rather well tbh.

There is a place to get noleen nr2 serviced. Mick Gardner racing which does ohlins suspension. Got my noleen nr2 nitrogen recharged and oil changed for £30 posted!
