Giro frame?

Can somebody please tell me something about this Giro frame?
I'm currently in Berlin looking for a build project and this guy who used have a shop offered it.
Unfortunately he doesn't know much about the frame and the internet hasn't shed any light.

Don't know the brand, but it's an interesting one. The decal logo type and nutted brakes say 70s/early 80s to me, but the under BB cabling and brazed-on shifter bosses say later. I am not sure that those decals are original to the bike.

The simple brake bridge and drop-outs with mudguard eyes suggests it isn't particularly special, but it looks like a nice project, if he isn't asking very much.

Odd decals and no pantos on the fork make me think it might not be a real one? I don't know.
Do you have pics of the Bottom Bracket?
