In my country everyone is telling me to sell it becouse it is "collectible" so thats why I am afraid to do anything with it

You sure don't see many for sale and for what I paid for mine it was a bargain IMO. I sold the original mint judy for £100 and swapped the LX wheels for a Chris king headset so the frame owes me nothing really and if it goes then I have all the parts ready so would just source a more modern frame and use the current parts.
If you can source modern parts for a good price then you can get it up to a good spec like mine, or if you like it how it is then just ride it.
