All it needs is gear cables . will consider a swap for a decent hard tail. ( the tyres will be basic MTB not the slicks as pictured) theres a black chainset and stem on they will be swapped for the stx chainset and standard stem.
If no interest will consider spliting

Was just wondering where the "how to price a custom retro bike" guide book is?

Oh there is not one!!

Just working on cost to build if no interest will work the price down some until I think it's not worth selling then I will split.
