GIANT ATX 1 DH serial number

Hi. Happy new year to you. I'd like to have some infos about the year of production of my ATX1DH. Any idea? # GB 861446. Thanks!

Assuming the forks are original then they would indicate '99ish but most of the rest of the components are none stock; original stuff was an RS Super Deluxe shock rather than Fox, and Hope Hubs/Brakes.

That first number '8' in the frame number would suggest 1998 to me for the frame build date.
