The 3 days of De Panne has just concluded with Wiggins winning the Time Trial to finish 3rd overall. He's done some good long pulls on the front throughout as well. Maybe he's just riding into form at the right time...

Didn't see him doing too much to be honest, riding tempo with the odd bit of pacing.
I still don't like facial hair, just seems wrong !

Agree about the facial hair. They shave their legs to be more aerodynamic and then grow a beard. Marginal gains indeed.

Sorry if I ruined your enjoyment of the replay Mike. I've been fortunate to be able to work from home this week and watch it live on Eurosport. Maybe it's Flanders he really wants. I see tonight he's saying he wants to be in the final supporting Thomas. We shall see.

Incredibly I'm going to miss Flanders. We're off to rural Shropshire for the week and there is no Internet or 3/4G for miles!
Still me and my son are looking forward to riding Hopton and Bucknell Woods.
