Last year I saw the first pictures of the steel Genesis Fortitude. A couple of weeks ago the first shipment to The Netherlands was a fact.
It's a nice steel rigid 29er with a 1x10 setup.
So I believe it's the first Genesis Fortitude in the country.
My first ride was a blast! Brilliant steering, sharp but not nervous. The frame (and tyres) are absorbing the tiny hits, and that's great. After 50 km of high speed pedalling, I was not tired at all. When I do the same track on my Rocky Mountain Vertex 70 (alu with Fox fork), I'm shaked more.
Nice orange!!!isn't it? My wife admires the color more than ....... Between all the black, grey and white bikes around they have a spot to focus on.
The only thing: after my second ride a big branch came in my wheel. And the wheel is 6 spokes lighter and the dérailleur is broken in peaces. So what almost everything what can be broken on the bike was broken
