Gearing for old legs

Well as the years roll on my use of of big gears fades into memory.
I now find a 44 tooth front outer chain ring plenty and a 30 inside suits for hilly rides . Rear cassettes 11 to 34 . All well and good on modern machine .
On some of the classic bikes I have a 52 ,42 is just to much .
I have old T A touring set ups on two of my old machines . These are fine .
My question is what's available that will work with 5 speed freewheels .
Sun xcd exceed chainsets seem to of disappeared from the market.

Any pointers please .

The Spa is bit higher than I want to go chain ring size.
I shall investigate IRD further.

The IRD looks well made , I needed a whisky after seeing the price :eek:

To be honest, I didn't really look at it til now... A bit much perhaps. Velo Orange have a TA style crankset that is a "bit" cheaper:
